At Bawarchi Bazaar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with a product, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The product is unopened and unused (for non-defective items)
The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item
Note: Some products, such as personal care items, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Our team will guide you on the return process and shipping instructions
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
Ensure the product is well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
5. Exchanges
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will happily replace it at no additional cost.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
